addHow do I register on your website?
Click on the Account/Sign In icon on the top right corner of the home page, provide your information and review our Terms of Use to Register.
addDo I have to register, to make a purchase?

No, you can browse, add to cart and make a purchase without actually registering on the website. However, you will need to fill in basic information such as your email, billing and shipping address and phone number, to actually place an order.

addHow do I view previous orders?
To do this, you need to have signed in to the website. The first time you make a purchase with us, you will receive an OTP in that email, which you can use the first time you sign in. Once signed in, access the My Orders link under your account, to view all your previous orders.  
addHow do I reset my password?

Click on the Sign In link on the top right corner of the home page, and provide your email id. Click on Sign In. Click on Forgot Password and follow normal procedures to change your password.

addWhat is your cancellation policy?

Once you place an order, you can cancel it until such time that order processing begins. However, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any and all orders, at any point in time for errors in pricing or current availability. In situations such as these, we will contact you with notification of such cancellation and you will be automatically refunded as per Payment Gateway conditions.

addHow do I get a refund on an order cancelled by you?

You will be automatically refunded, and your cancelled order amount returned to your account as per regular payment gateway Terms of Use. This is typically within 7 working days of the order having been cancelled.

Please contact us at <Business Email ID> if you have not received your refund, so we can follow up with the payment gateway as well.

addWhen can I expect delivery of my order?
Products on our website will be shipped via our delivery partners, and delivered as per prevalent conditions. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details, which you can use to track your package’s whereabouts.


addCan I make changes to my order?

No, once an order is placed, it cannot be modified, and you would need to place a new order. Please note, shipping/ delivery and other applicable charges would be calculated per order placed.

addCan I return a product?

Once your order is shipped, an email will be sent to you, with the tracking number and delivery agent details – you can track the order directly via their website.
